    The focus is strategic, not industry-specific tactics.

  • No. This is a strategic advisory session focused on clarity and decision-making.

  • We focus on whatever is most relevant to your business right now. That may include direction, offers, pricing, marketing priorities, systems, team structure, or capacity - always through a strategic lens rather than tactical execution.

  • You will receive a pre-session form to complete prior to our call. This will ensure we get the most out of our time together.

    Optional, but helpful: You may also wish to complete the 90-Day Business Reset Planner beforehand.

  • You’ll leave with a clear plan. Some clients return for additional intensives or choose the 3-session option, but there’s no obligation.

  • This is a live, focused conversation designed for clarity and decision-making. You’re welcome to take your own notes or record the session.
